NHL coach Darryl Sutter joined Rogers Hometown Hockey™ in February 2019 to bring some coaching events to the community of Okotoks, AB. Darryl hosted a coaches’ clinic for local community hockey coaches as well as ran practice drills on the ball hockey rink for local youth teams, and wrapped up the weekend with a coaching hot stove panel. The NHLCA has the objective to help develop the next generation of hockey coaches, and this program was a great way to help achieve that objective.
