Viewers get a behind-the-scenes look at the Coyotes’ management and coaching staff operations as well as Abercrombie and Brooks’ personal dedication, sacrifices, and passion for shattering stereotypes and earning their place behind an NHL bench. Both Duante’ and Nathaniel are members of the NHLCA BIPOC Coaches Program.
The Arizona Coyotes held a screening of “NHL Bound,” the documentary that follows their former coaching interns Duanté Abercrombie and Nathaniel Brooks, Thursday at Footprint Center, with personnel from both the Suns and Coyotes and community members in attendance.
